I'm finally getting up my first photo for the 2010 Virtual Photowalk. This is a shot of the partially frozen Chattahoochee River, complete with lost kickball. I can't imagine too many kids crawling out to pick up their kickball when it's warm, but definitely not when it's cold!

A great start Kerri, love the splash of color this ball gives this cold scene...it really stands out against that snow! I, for one, say leave it out there until spring! :)
Gives the polar bears something to playwith, people freak out when they enter a Sports Store, to buy one.
Beautiful shot Kerri!! The red ball is prize in the middle of this gorgeous image.
Nice start, great first shot. I too am surrounded by snow and Ice. Looks so nice in photo's but I can't wait for it to go.
I like the red against the rest of the shot, draws your eyes right into the shot.
I agree with the others - I love the bright red kickball in the shot. It's a great "pop".
