The Georgia Theatre located in downtown Athens, Georgia. The theater is in the process of being rebuilt after being heavily damaged in a fire.

The theater is a huge part of Athens musical history. The building has been used as a theater and movie house since 1918 and has seen the likes of Nirvana, R.E.M., Widespread Panic, Beck, The Police, and Dave Matthews Band.
