They have these life size model cows, painted in different designs (with funny names too), and they take them from city to city around the world, placing them around the city for people to find! I've liked the gangster one (pinstripe suited cow), and I've just seen the superhero comic one on the website (the Cow! one). I think you're Mum must have got the magnet from them! They do list Atlanta on the rotating list of cities visited at the top...
