Yesterday I helped transport Dora and her mom, Phoenix, to their new forever homes! It was very bittersweet.
.

It was lots of fun seeing Phoenix and Dora together again. They slept most of the drive, but played and played when we arrived at the park. Look how tall Dora is! She was so tiny when she was at my house.

I was excited and happy to see them off to their new homes. At the same time, I was sad to see them go. Dora was my first foster (even if it was only for a short time) and I spent a lot of time with Phoenix. They are both very special dogs and I wish them well in their new life!
