Bridges or Tunnels (234 of 365)
Speaking of the floods last week, this is one of the bridges that transportation officials closed for several days due to the rising flood waters. This is the Chattahoochee River. At one point over the last several days, the river was well above flood stage in several parts of North Georgia. Rivers are definitely not supposed to be this close to you when you're crossing a bridge! It's not a really good picture, but this was one of the few shots I was able to get of the water.

Yes, that's a bit close for comfort. The contrast of that crisp blue sky with the muddy water is interesting.
