Dark (80 of 365)
That's stating the obvious, huh?
This picture was taken on Mount Olympus inside Tumbling Rock Cave. Mount Olympus is a 200 foot "mountain" of broken down rocks. Think of a 20 story building that you could climb up. Here, I was sitting about 150 feet above the cave floor and was just playing with my camera. The only light in the picture is from a backup dive light that I brought with me.

Childhood (75 of 365)
These matchbox cars were left just outside the entrance to Tumbling Rock Cave. The owners of the land (and the cave) have a young boy who plays around the entrance. (No worries, there is a gate and lock covering the cave entrance).
I grew up in the country, too, and there were lots of days when I had to get creative and adapt my toys to my surroundings. I've decided that these cars are having a race!

Humor (70 of 365)
Members of the Krewe of the Grateful Gluttons who were marching for a Guinness World Record. They needed 266 gnomes in order to get the record, and had 227. They do march in the Inman Park Festival every year, though!

Hero (69 of 365)
Captain America in Box Hero form. The Box Heroes are usually a part of every Atlanta parade. They're always fun to watch.

Creative (65 of 365)
This weekend was also the Inman Park Festival. It's easily my favorite Atlanta festival. These are members of the Seed & Feed Marching Abominable Band. They always have very creative and fun costumes.

Sky-High (62 of 365)
Long tall pines aren't that pretty on their own. However, grouped together and combined with a bright, blue sky -- they make a pretty sight!
